🎺 Brass family
Tuba
🔊 How it makes sound
The biggest brass instrument. A huge mouthpiece and wide tubes make very low buzzes.
🎼 Range and clef
The lowest brass notes. Reads bass clef.
🎨 Its timbre colour
Deep, round and puffy, like a bear's laugh.
Timbre is the "colour" of a sound, the idea from Lesson 0. A violin and a flute can play the same note, but you can still tell them apart!
